Wye-Bikes are a brand new cycle hire business opened April 2021 in the stunning Forest of Dean. Due to rapid business growth we are looking for the right individuals to join our exciting new venture with an opportunity to progress within our new and exciting outdoor business.

Job Description

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity in a role that is a bit different? If you have experience in working in a customer-facing environment along with either bike hire/bike industry experience, then we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be conducting a range of activities including dealing with customer bookings, completing face to face safety briefings, completing pre-hire and post-hire inspections of bicycles, as well as the delivery and pick up of hire bikes. This is a varied role and offers a great opportunity to progress within a new and exciting leisure business going from to strength to strength.

As a new business we will need you to be flexible and working weekdays and weekends will be required.

Our Perfect Co-Worker

Our ideal co-worker will demonstrate outstanding customer face to face skills and will be passionate about bikes and the great outdoors. This is a varied role so it essential you have a “can do” attitude. Bike maintenance experience would be advantageous.
